Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "Subscriber", or "User") and Autonomous Intelligent Agents LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, United States ("AIA", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://financial-portfolios.ai, any sub-domain thereof, the REST API and WebSocket streams, the Model Context Protocol ("MCP") server and connector, any mobile or desktop applications, email communications, and all content, features, and services made available through them (collectively, the "Service").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTIONS 16 (DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES), 17 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY), 18 (INDEMNIFICATION), 22 (BINDING ARBITRATION), AND 23 (CLASS-ACTION WAIVER) LIMIT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
Subscriptions are offered only to residents of the United States who are 18 or older (Section 1). The public parts of the Service may be viewed from elsewhere, subject to Section 20. Section 24 sets out consumer rights that apply notwithstanding anything else in these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Subscriptions are offered only to residents of the United States who are 18 or older. The public parts of the Service — such as the marketing pages, the blog, and the delayed public model portfolios — can be viewed from outside the United States, but making them viewable there is not an offer to subscribe to anyone who does not reside in the United States. By registering for or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- if you subscribe, you are a resident of the United States;
- you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in the U.S. state where you live, if higher) and capable of forming a binding contract;
- the information you provide, including your billing address, is accurate and complete;
- accessing and using the Service is lawful for you where you are located and where you reside;
- you are not a person barred from receiving the Service under the laws of the United States or of any other jurisdiction that applies to you; and
- you are not located in, a national or resident of, or ordinarily resident in any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. government embargo or sanctions, and you are not a person on any U.S. restricted-party list (see Section 20).
You are responsible for complying with the laws of the place from which you access the Service. Do not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful for you. The Service is a general, impersonal publication (Section 2); nothing on it is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful, and it is not directed at, or intended to be regulated under, any jurisdiction's regime for regulated investment advice or financial promotions. AIA may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate access where it believes in good faith that providing the Service to you would be unlawful or would breach Section 20, and may refund the unused portion of prepaid fees on doing so.
How we apply the residency requirement. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you are a resident of the United States and 18 or older, and we refuse the purchase if the billing address we hold for you is outside the United States or if you are connecting from outside the United States. If a subscription is bought with a billing address outside the United States, we cancel it and refund the payment in full (Section 4.5). If you live in the United States and are travelling or using a VPN, connect from the United States to subscribe.
2. Nature of the Service — Publisher Relationship
The Service is a financial publication of general and regular circulation. It delivers algorithmically generated model portfolios, quantitative signals, market commentary, and related analytics produced by AIA's Adaptive Quantitative Agent ("AQA") system, distributed through the website, the API, and optional software.
AIA is NOT a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, financial planner, tax adviser, or accountant. AIA does not manage assets, hold customer funds or securities, execute trades, place orders, or provide personalized investment advice. AIA relies on the publisher's exclusion in Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and applicable state-law equivalents.
Accordingly, and as a condition of the Service being offered at all:
- content is impersonal and is made available uniformly to all Subscribers of the applicable tier;
- content is published on a pre-established schedule, not in response to episodic market events or to any Subscriber's circumstances;
- AIA does not solicit, collect, or act on your investment objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, net worth, income, tax position, or existing holdings for the purpose of shaping what it publishes to you; and
- AIA accepts no compensation from issuers or their agents for coverage or favourable commentary.
No fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or trust relationship is created between AIA and you by your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for every investment decision you make.
You must read and agree to the separate Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Accounts and Authentication
To access paid features you must register an account via a supported identity provider (such as Google or Apple) or another supported method. You agree to (a) maintain accurate registration information, (b) keep your credentials confidential, (c) not share your account with any other person, and (d) notify us immediately at security@financial-portfolios.ai of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
Where multi-factor authentication is available, you are strongly encouraged to enable it. Where you enrol a phone number for authentication, you consent to receiving authentication messages at that number; message and data rates may apply.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Billing at a glance
This summary is part of these Terms. Sections 4.1 to 4.9 give the detail; where the detail says more, it governs.
| What happens | |
|---|---|
| Automatic renewal | Every subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period and charges your payment method at the then-current price, until you cancel. We remind you before an annual plan renews, and tell you in advance of any price increase (Section 4.3). |
| Cancelling | Any time, online, yourself: on Subscriptions, select Cancel subscription (or use Billing & cancellation). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Until that date you can undo it with Resume subscription (Section 4.4). |
| Who can subscribe | Residents of the United States aged 18 or older (Section 1). If a subscription is bought with a billing address outside the United States, we cancel it and refund the payment in full (Section 4.5). |
| Refund when you cancel | None. You keep the rest of the period you paid for instead (Section 4.5). |
| Refunds we make automatically | The unused time, back to your card, including any tax charged on it, when a plan change that adds portfolios on a shorter billing period takes effect immediately, when another of your subscriptions becomes redundant (for example a portfolio your All-Access bundle already includes), or when you are accidentally subscribed twice to the same plan. Usually within 5–10 business days; never as account credit (Section 4.5). |
| Upgrading | Takes effect immediately; you pay the new price less the unused time on your current plan, in one charge (Section 4.6a). |
| Changes that add no portfolios | Take effect at the end of your paid period; nothing is charged or refunded when you ask. You can drop the change with Keep current plan (Section 4.6a). |
| Pausing | Billing and access stop. After 90 days the subscription resumes automatically and billing restarts unless you resume or cancel sooner. If a renewal date passes while paused, resuming charges for the rest of that billing period (Section 4.4a). |
| If a payment fails | We retry it. You keep access for up to 14 days and can pay at any time with Pay now on Subscriptions. If it is still unpaid when the retries end, access stops and the subscription is cancelled (Section 4.9). |
| Disputed payments | While a dispute or chargeback is open, access to your subscriptions is suspended and billing is paused. It is restored if the dispute is resolved in our favour; if the payment is reversed, the subscription is cancelled (Section 4.8). |
4.1 Plans
Certain portions of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices, features, entitlements, and billing frequency for each plan are described on the Service's pricing page and may be updated from time to time. The price in effect at the time of your renewal applies to that renewal period; AIA will give advance notice of a price increase as described in Section 4.3.
4.2 Auto-Renewal and Affirmative Consent
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. Before you are charged, AIA will present, clearly and conspicuously and in visual proximity to the point of consent: the fact that the subscription renews automatically, the renewal frequency, the amount (or the range and how it is determined), the cancellation method, and the deadline to cancel to avoid the next charge. Your enrolment requires your separate affirmative consent to those automatic-renewal terms, and AIA retains a record of that consent. Subscriptions are paid by card (including card wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where offered); payment methods that settle days later are not accepted for subscriptions. AIA will send you an acknowledgement of the automatic-renewal terms and the cancellation method after you subscribe: it is printed on the receipt emailed to you for your first payment, and on every renewal receipt.
4.3 Renewal and Price-Change Reminders
For any subscription with a term of one year or longer, and in any other case where applicable law requires it, AIA will send you a renewal reminder before the renewal date. AIA will also notify you in advance of any price increase and of any material change to the automatic-renewal terms, and will give you the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
4.4 Cancellation — How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time, yourself, online, in the same medium in which you subscribed. You do not need to call, email, or speak to anyone, and you will not be required to accept a retention offer to complete the cancellation.
To cancel in your account dashboard:
- Sign in and open Subscriptions.
- On the plan you want to end, select Cancel subscription, then confirm.
You can also cancel in the billing portal: on Subscriptions, select Billing & cancellation, which opens the secure billing portal operated by our payment processor, Stripe, on our behalf; select the subscription, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm. You can reach the same billing portal directly from any Stripe billing email, or from the payment processor's customer login page, without signing in to the Service. If a plan change is scheduled on the subscription (Section 4.6a), cancel it from Subscriptions: the billing portal cannot cancel a subscription with a scheduled change, and cancelling from Subscriptions also cancels that scheduled change.
You may be asked, optionally, to say why you are cancelling. Answering is not required and skipping it does not prevent cancellation.
Effect of cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Your access continues until that date and is not interrupted, and no further charges are made. Because you keep the full period you paid for, cancelling does not produce a refund of any part of that period, except where Section 4.5 or Section 24 requires one. When you cancel, the confirmation is shown on screen, and your Subscriptions page and the billing portal then show the date your access ends. Until the period ends you may reverse a pending cancellation by selecting Resume subscription on Subscriptions, or in the billing portal.
If for any reason you cannot complete a cancellation through the steps above, email billing@financial-portfolios.ai and we will cancel it for you, effective on the date you first attempted to cancel.
4.4a Pausing a Subscription
You may pause a single-portfolio subscription on Subscriptions by selecting Pause. While it is paused, you are not charged and your access to that portfolio stops. You can resume at any time by selecting Resume; billing and access restart from that point. If your renewal date passed while the subscription was paused, resuming charges you, when you resume, for the rest of the current billing period; the page shows the amount before you confirm, and the subscription then renews on its usual date.
A pause lasts at most 90 days. If you have not resumed by then, the subscription resumes automatically and billing restarts at the then-current rate. If a renewal date passed during the pause, the period that renewal began was not charged, so access returns at your next renewal once it is paid, or sooner if you select Resume, which charges for the rest of the current billing period. The automatic resume date is shown on Subscriptions while the subscription is paused. Pausing does not refund any amount already paid. To stop billing for good, cancel instead (Section 4.4); you may cancel a paused subscription. A subscription whose billing AIA has paused because of a disputed payment (Section 4.8) cannot be resumed by you while the dispute is open.
4.5 Refunds
Except as stated in this Section, as required by applicable law, or as provided in Sections 1, 19, or 24, fees are non-refundable. In particular, no refund is made when you cancel (you keep access until the end of the period you paid for; Section 4.4), when you pause (Section 4.4a), or when a plan change takes effect at the end of your current period (Section 4.6a), and AIA does not refund periods during which you did not use the Service.
AIA refunds the unused portion of a payment, without you needing to ask, in these cases:
- (a) A plan change that adds portfolios and shortens your billing period — for example from an annual single-portfolio plan to the monthly All-Access bundle — takes effect immediately (Section 4.6a). The unused time on your current plan, less the price of the first period of your new plan, is refunded.
- (b) A redundant subscription — for example a single-portfolio subscription that the All-Access bundle you move to already includes, or a single-portfolio subscription you start while you already hold an All-Access bundle that includes it — is ended at once, and its unused time is refunded.
- (c) An accidental duplicate. If you end up holding two subscriptions to the same plan, AIA keeps one, ends the other, and refunds the unused time on the one it ends.
A subscription bought from outside the United States. If a subscription is bought with a billing address outside the United States (Section 1), AIA cancels it and refunds the payment in full to the original payment method; no access to it is granted.
The unused time is calculated by our payment processor in proportion to the time remaining in the period and the amount you actually paid for it, and includes any sales tax or similar tax charged on that amount. Refunds are made to the original payment method, never as account credit, never exceed the amount you paid for the subscription concerned, and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
A subscription payment refunded in full ends that subscription. If AIA refunds a subscription payment in full outside the cases above — for example at your request — the subscription that payment paid for is cancelled when the refund is issued, and access to it ends.
Card-issuer fraud warnings. If your card issuer, through our payment processor, warns that a payment to AIA was likely made without the cardholder's authorisation, AIA refunds that payment in full and ends every subscription on your account at once, because the same card may fund all of them; no further charges are made, and access to those subscriptions ends. Unused time on the other subscriptions is not refunded automatically; if the payments were in fact authorised, email billing@financial-portfolios.ai and we will review it, and you can subscribe again with a payment method of your own. When a change takes effect immediately and costs more than your current plan (Section 4.6a), the unused time is deducted from the amount charged for the new plan instead, so no refund is needed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory refund or cancellation right you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you, including U.S. federal law and the law of the U.S. state in which you reside. Where such a right applies, it prevails over the preceding paragraphs. See Section 24.
4.6 Payment Processing and the Billing Portal
Payments are processed by Stripe, including wallet methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. AIA does not store full payment-card numbers or security codes on its own systems. Your use of Stripe's checkout and billing pages is additionally subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
The Billing & cancellation link in your dashboard opens Stripe's billing portal, configured by AIA, where you can:
- cancel your subscription (Section 4.4);
- update or replace your payment method;
- update your billing name, email, address, and phone number; and
- view and download your invoice and payment history.
Changes you make in the billing portal take effect against your AIA account automatically.
Confirming a payment. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment (for example with 3-D Secure). When it does, the payment is completed on our payment processor's secure payment page: a link to it is shown when you make the change, and Pay now appears on Subscriptions for any payment that is still outstanding.
4.6a Changing Plan
Plan changes are made in your account dashboard, not in the billing portal. Sign in, open Subscriptions, and select Change plan on the plan you want to change. Before you confirm, you will be shown the amount due, any refund, or the date the change takes effect.
A plan change is carried out in one of three ways:
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged now. This covers moving to a longer billing period (for example monthly to annual), to a plan that costs more for the same period (for example a single portfolio to the All-Access bundle), or between plans of the same price. The unused part of your current period is deducted from the charge for the new plan, and you pay the difference at the time of the change; nothing is refunded and no account credit is created. The change applies only if that payment succeeds; if it does not, your existing plan continues unchanged. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, you can complete it on the secure payment page shown, and the change applies once it is paid; if it is not completed within about a day, the change lapses, nothing is charged for it, and your existing plan continues.
- Changes that add portfolios on a shorter billing period take effect immediately, with a refund. For example, moving from an annual single-portfolio plan to the monthly All-Access bundle, or from an annual plan for one portfolio to a monthly plan for another. You get the new plan at once, and the unused time on your current plan, less the price of the new plan's first period, is refunded to your payment method (Section 4.5(a)).
- Changes that add no portfolios take effect at the end of your current paid period. For example, moving from annual to monthly on the same plan, or from the All-Access bundle to a single portfolio. Nothing is charged or refunded when you make the request; you keep what you have already paid for until that date, and the new plan begins immediately afterwards. The scheduled change is shown on Subscriptions, and you can drop it before it takes effect by selecting Keep current plan.
If a change makes another of your subscriptions redundant — for example single-portfolio subscriptions that the All-Access bundle includes — that subscription is ended at once with its unused time refunded when the change takes effect immediately (Section 4.5(b)), or runs to the end of its paid period and then stops when the change is scheduled.
Limits. A plan with a payment outstanding (Section 4.9) cannot be changed until that payment is made. Changes that take effect at the end of your period, or immediately with a refund, are limited to one per billing period; an upgrade you pay for at the time of the change is not limited. Dropping a scheduled change with Keep current plan does not count toward that limit. A discount applied to your subscription continues to apply after a scheduled change, for as long as the discount's own terms allow.
4.7 Taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable U.S. sales and use taxes. AIA collects sales tax at checkout where it is required to (currently in Texas), based on your billing address, and shows it before you pay; any tax charged is listed on your invoice. Where AIA is not required to collect a sales or use tax that applies to your purchase, that tax is your responsibility.
4.8 Disputed Payments and Chargebacks
Please contact support@financial-portfolios.ai before disputing a charge with your card issuer; we can usually resolve it faster. While a dispute, chargeback, or card-issuer inquiry about a payment to AIA is open, AIA suspends access to all of your subscriptions and pauses their billing, so you are not charged again while it is resolved. When it closes:
- if it is resolved in AIA's favour, or an inquiry closes without a chargeback, access and billing are restored; and
- if the payment is reversed in your favour, the subscriptions concerned are cancelled; no further charges are made.
This Section does not limit your right to dispute a charge where you are legally entitled to do so (see also Section 24.1).
4.9 Failed Payments
If a renewal or other payment fails, our payment processor retries it automatically over the following days, and we may notify you. You keep access for up to 14 days after the first failed attempt, and you can pay at any time with Pay now on Subscriptions or from the payment link in any billing email. If the payment is still outstanding when the retries end, access stops and the subscription is cancelled. You may cancel a subscription with a failed payment at any time (Section 4.4).
5. Licence and Permitted Use
5.1 Internal Use Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AIA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access the Service and to use the content to which your subscription entitles you, in each case solely for your own Internal Use during the term of your subscription.
"Internal Use" means use by you, or — where you subscribe on behalf of an organization — by the employees and contractors of that organization acting within the scope of their duties, in each case for that person's or organization's own decision-making, research, analysis, and internal reporting. Internal Use expressly excludes making the content, or anything derived from it, available to any third party.
Unless you have a separate written Redistribution Agreement signed by an authorized officer of AIA, you may not:
- redistribute, resell, relay, mirror, rebroadcast, syndicate, publish, broadcast, sublicense, or publicly display any content from the Service, whether in real time, delayed, aggregated, or derived form;
- use the Service or its output to operate a competing publication, advisory business, fund, managed account, signals service, newsletter, or copy-trading service;
- use any content from the Service as the basis for soliciting investment-advisory clients or for the management of third-party assets;
- display content from the Service to any person who is not a Subscriber entitled to it; or
- incorporate content from the Service into any product, report, or service you provide to a third party, whether or not for a fee.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
- scrape, crawl, spider, index, or use any automated means to extract data from the Service beyond what is expressly permitted by a documented API and your subscription tier;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, model weights, hyperparameters, or training data of AQA or any component of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law and except as permitted by the licence applicable to software AIA publishes under Section 10;
- circumvent rate limits, authentication, entitlement checks, paywalls, or any technological protection measure, including by sharding usage across accounts, proxies, or rotating IP addresses;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or other users' use of it;
- use the Service in violation of securities laws, anti-money-laundering laws, export-control laws, or sanctions;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution, or disclaimer notice.
5.3 Text and Data Mining; AI Training — Reservation of Rights
AIA expressly reserves all rights in the Service and its content against text and data mining, web scraping, and the training, fine-tuning, grounding, evaluation, or benchmarking of any machine-learning model, large language model, or other artificial-intelligence system. This reservation is made under these Terms and under any statute or exception that permits a rightsholder to reserve such uses, and is intended to operate together with the machine-readable reservations published at the Service's robots.txt and in response headers.
No text-and-data-mining exception, and no licence granted under these Terms, permits such use. Any such use requires AIA's prior express written permission, which may be withheld at AIA's sole discretion.
Personal use through an AI assistant is permitted. This Section does not prohibit you, as a Subscriber, from retrieving content to which your subscription entitles you into an AI assistant for your own Internal Use, where you do so through an official AIA connector (including the MCP connector described in Section 8.7) or through an AI assistant you have authorised using AIA's OAuth authorisation flow, so that the assistant can present, summarise, or answer your questions about that content in your own session. That permission is personal to you and does not extend to (a) training, fine-tuning, or evaluating any model, (b) building, compiling, or contributing to any dataset, index, or corpus, (c) redistributing the content or any output derived from it, or (d) making the content available to any other person — each of which remains prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 AIA Ownership
AIA and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, models, model weights, algorithms, user interfaces, graphics, text, portfolios, signals, backtests, reports, documentation, brand names, logos, and trade dress (collectively, the "AIA IP"), and all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual-property rights therein. Except for the limited licences expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the AIA IP is granted to you.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any file, data, or material you upload to the Service. You grant AIA a limited licence to process that material solely to provide the feature you invoked. AIA does not use material you upload to train or improve any model.
6.3 Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback to AIA, you grant AIA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service without compensation or attribution.
7. Third-Party Data
The Service incorporates market, reference, macroeconomic, and fundamental data licensed from third-party data providers and, in some cases, from exchanges (collectively, "Third-Party Data"). AIA does not originate Third-Party Data.
- Third-Party Data is provided "as is", and AIA makes no representation or warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continuity.
- Your use of Third-Party Data is subject to the restrictions in Section 5, and in particular to the prohibition on redistribution. Certain Third-Party Data may carry additional restrictions or require you to enter into an agreement directly with the relevant provider or exchange; where AIA notifies you of such a restriction, you must comply with it.
- The relevant third-party providers are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Section and of Sections 5, 16, and 17, and may enforce them directly against you.
- AIA may suspend, remove, or alter any Third-Party Data at any time if required by the provider or by the terms of AIA's licence, without liability to you.
8. Programmatic Access — REST API, WebSockets, and Personal Access Tokens
Subject to your subscription tier and these Terms, AIA may make portions of the Service available through a REST API, WebSocket streams, and/or other programmatic endpoints (together, the "API"), accessed using Personal Access Tokens ("PATs") or equivalent credentials issued from your account.
8.1 Licence to the API
AIA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to call the API solely for your Internal Use as defined in Section 5.1, and solely to retrieve content to which your subscription entitles you. No other use is authorized. The API is a distribution channel for the same publication delivered on the website; it does not carry any additional entitlement, and it does not convert AIA into an adviser, a data vendor with redistribution rights, or a service provider to your customers.
8.2 Personal Access Tokens
PATs are bearer credentials equivalent to your password. You are solely responsible for generating, storing, rotating, and revoking your PATs. You must:
- keep every PAT confidential, and never commit a PAT to source control, logs, screenshots, support messages, or any public location (including the AIA GitHub community described in Section 10);
- never share a PAT with any other person, including AIA support personnel — AIA will never ask for your PAT;
- revoke any PAT immediately upon suspected compromise and notify security@financial-portfolios.ai;
- scope each PAT to the minimum permissions it requires; and
- assume full responsibility for all activity performed with any PAT issued under your account, including activity that you did not personally authorize.
The plaintext value of a PAT is displayed to you once, at creation, and cannot be recovered afterwards. AIA may suspend, rotate, revoke, or rate-limit any PAT at any time, with or without notice, to protect the Service. You must design your integration to tolerate credential rotation.
8.3 API Acceptable Use
In addition to Section 5, you shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
- exceed published or posted rate limits, quotas, concurrency caps, or message-size limits, or attempt to circumvent them;
- redistribute, relay, mirror, rebroadcast, resell, sublicense, or make available to any third party any content, signal, portfolio, or data obtained through the API, whether in real time, delayed, or derived form;
- use API output to train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, or benchmark any machine-learning model, large language model, or other AI system, or to construct any derivative product that competes with the Service (see also Section 5.3) — except for your personal use of your entitled content through an official AIA connector or an AI assistant you have authorised through AIA's OAuth flow, as permitted by Section 5.3 and Section 8.7;
- use the API to operate any copy-trading, social-trading, signals, managed-account, fund, or other service that delivers AIA output to third parties;
- cache API responses longer than the cache-control or TTL values returned with each response, except as reasonably required for short-term operational reliability;
- use the API in a manner that interferes with the stability, security, integrity, or performance of the Service or with other Subscribers' use of it;
- use unofficial or undocumented endpoints, probe for undocumented behaviour, or attempt to reverse engineer the API contract; or
- publish or aggregate API latency, quota, error-structure, or schema information beyond what is necessary for your permitted use.
8.4 WebSocket Streams and Push Delivery
WebSocket and other push channels are provided on a best-efforts basis with no delivery guarantee. Messages may be delayed, re-ordered, duplicated, dropped, throttled, batched, debounced, or suppressed at AIA's sole discretion, particularly during periods of elevated market volatility, infrastructure incidents, or maintenance. You must implement resilient client behaviour, including reconnect and backoff, sequence-gap recovery via REST, idempotent processing, and independent server-time reconciliation. You must not rely on WebSocket delivery for time-critical or financially consequential decisions — the WebSocket channel is a convenience, not a guaranteed transport.
8.5 API Changes, Deprecation, and Availability
The API is a living interface. AIA may add, remove, rename, version, rate-limit, reshape, or deprecate endpoints, fields, message types, and behaviours at any time, with or without notice. AIA will make reasonable efforts to announce breaking changes and offer a migration window where practicable, but no specific uptime, latency, backwards-compatibility, or deprecation-notice period is promised, and no Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is offered unless separately agreed in writing and signed by an authorized officer of AIA. The API is provided "as is" and is subject without limitation to Sections 16 and 17.
8.6 Your Client Code
You are solely responsible for the client applications, scripts, notebooks, bots, spreadsheets, trade-execution harnesses, and any other code you write that consumes the API ("Client Code"). You are responsible for the correctness, security, testing, monitoring, risk controls, kill switches, position limits, and trade-execution behaviour of your Client Code. AIA makes no representation that any API output is fit to drive automated trading, order routing, margin calculations, tax reporting, or any other downstream action, and AIA has no visibility into, and accepts no liability for, anything your Client Code does with API output.
8.7 AI Assistants and the MCP Connector
AIA operates a Model Context Protocol ("MCP") server through which you may connect an AI assistant of your choice — for example Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or another MCP-compatible client (each, an "AI Assistant") — to the Service. An AI Assistant authenticates through AIA's OAuth 2.1 authorisation server; you approve each connection on a consent screen, and the connection is limited to the permissions (scopes) you grant. The connector is a distribution channel for the same publication delivered on the website and the API, and Sections 5, 8.1, 8.3, 8.5, and 8.6 apply to it.
- Your agent, your responsibility. An AI Assistant you connect acts on your behalf and at your direction. You are responsible for every request it makes and every action it takes using your connection, as if you had made the request yourself, including any action it takes that you did not specifically intend.
- Entitlements. An AI Assistant can access only the content your subscription entitles you to, and only the tools and scopes you authorised. The connector does not carry any additional entitlement. The tools currently offered are read-only access to portfolio data (for example allocations, history, metrics, performance, changes, and published research) and a model-alignment Calculator (Section 9) that compares holdings you supply with a published model portfolio.
- Revocation. You may disconnect an AI Assistant at any time in that assistant's settings, and you may ask AIA to revoke a connection by emailing security@financial-portfolios.ai or support@financial-portfolios.ai. AIA may suspend or revoke any connection at any time to protect you or the Service. Access credentials issued to an AI Assistant expire automatically if not renewed.
- Assistant output is not AIA's publication. AIA publishes the data returned by the connector's tools. AIA is not responsible for how an AI Assistant retrieves, interprets, summarises, paraphrases, translates, combines with other sources, or miscomputes that data, or for anything the assistant says. Text generated by an AI Assistant is not AIA's publication, has not been reviewed by AIA, and carries no representation from AIA. Where an AI Assistant's output differs from the data published on the Service, the Service controls.
- Third-party terms. AI Assistants are third-party services (Section 12) governed by their providers' own terms and privacy policies. Content you retrieve into an AI Assistant is disclosed, at your direction, to the provider you chose; AIA does not control that provider's handling of it. Retrieving your entitled content into your own AI Assistant session for your own Internal Use is not, by itself, a breach of Section 5.1 or 8.3.
9. Self-Directed Tools and Calculators
The Service may make available arithmetic utilities that operate on inputs you supply — for example, comparing a holdings file you upload, together with a capital figure you enter, against a published model portfolio and returning the difference expressed as share counts (each, a "Calculator").
A Calculator is a deterministic arithmetic utility, not advice. You operate it; AIA does not. AIA does not request or consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, tax position, income, net worth, or any other suitability factor, does not review your inputs, and does not evaluate whether any resulting transaction is appropriate for you. Calculator output is not a recommendation, is not individualized advice, and does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to transact, in what size, and through whom.
A Calculator may also be operated through an AI Assistant connected under Section 8.7 (the rebalance_portfolio tool). Its output is the same target-model arithmetic, and the way an AI Assistant phrases or presents it does not change its nature.
Files and holdings you submit to a Calculator are processed to produce your result and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. AIA does not use them to train any model and does not use them to shape what it publishes to you or to anyone else.
10. Free Software — SDKs, Sample Code, and Applications
AIA may publish software free of charge, including through the community GitHub organization at https://github.com/Financial-Portfolios-AI (the "Community"). This includes (a) Developer Materials — example code, reference clients, notebooks, tutorials, software development kits ("SDKs"), and schemas; and (b) Free Applications — standalone applications distributed at no charge, whether desktop, mobile, command-line, or web (together with the Developer Materials, "Free Software").
10.1 Licence and Precedence
Each item of Free Software is licensed under the licence stated in its repository, package, or accompanying notice — typically an open-source licence such as MIT or Apache-2.0. That licence governs your use of that item of Free Software and prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. Where no licence is stated, AIA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the item for your Internal Use only, and no other rights.
Free Software is licensed, not sold. Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you have under an applicable open-source licence.
10.2 No Warranty — Free Software Is Illustrative
FREE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, security, freedom from defects, availability, or suitability for production use or for trading. AIA does not guarantee that Free Software will work, will continue to work, will remain available, will be maintained, will receive security patches, will be free from bugs, or will behave identically to the production API or website. You must independently evaluate, test, secure, and harden any Free Software before use, and you assume all risk arising from your use of it.
Free Software is not part of the Service for the purposes of Sections 16 and 17, and no warranty or SLA that might otherwise be read into the Service extends to it.
10.3 Free Software Does Not Extend Your Entitlements
Free Software is a tool for accessing or working with content you are already entitled to. Possessing, running, or modifying Free Software does not grant you any entitlement to content, does not expand your subscription tier, and does not permit redistribution of content under Section 5.1. Using Free Software to circumvent entitlement checks, rate limits, or paywalls is a breach of these Terms.
10.4 Output You Generate Is Not Our Publication
If you run, modify, fork, or self-host any Free Software, the output you produce is yours. It is not AIA's published content, has not been reviewed or approved by AIA, is not covered by the publisher status described in Section 2, and carries no representation, warranty, or endorsement from AIA. You must not represent your own output as AIA's published output, and you must not use AIA's name, logo, or trade marks in a way that suggests AIA produced, endorsed, or verified it.
10.5 Third-Party Components, Telemetry, and Updates
Free Software may include third-party open-source components governed by their own licences; notices are provided with the software. Where a Free Application collects diagnostic, crash, or usage telemetry, that collection is described in the Privacy Policy and in the application's own notice, and where consent is required it will be requested. AIA is under no obligation to provide updates to any Free Application and may discontinue it at any time.
10.6 Third-Party Contributions and Community Conduct
The Community may include pull requests, issues, forks, comments, and code authored by third parties who are not AIA. AIA does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for third-party contributions, and reliance on them is at your own risk. Use of the Community is subject to the GitHub Terms of Service and any CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, or SECURITY.md published in the relevant repository. AIA may lock threads, remove content, ban contributors, or archive repositories at its discretion. Do not post secrets, PATs, personal information, or confidential or proprietary information of any person in the Community.
10.7 No Support Commitment
Community channels (issues, discussions, pull requests) are best-efforts and do not constitute contractual support. For entitled support, use support@financial-portfolios.ai.
11. Social Media Channels
AIA operates public social-media channels — including, without limitation, the YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@Financial-Portfolios-AI and any accounts AIA may maintain on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Substack, or Medium (collectively, the "Social Channels"). Social Channels are open to the general public, paying and non-paying alike.
All content posted, broadcast, streamed, or otherwise made available through any Social Channel — including videos, shorts, livestreams, podcasts, posts, stories, captions, chat messages, pinned comments, AMAs, and newsletters — is general commentary and education only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, not a recommendation or solicitation, and not tailored to any individual. Every disclaimer and limitation in these Terms and in the Legal Disclaimer applies to Social Channel content in full. No advisory, fiduciary, client, customer, or contractual relationship is created by following, subscribing to, commenting on, or otherwise interacting with a Social Channel.
Your use of any Social Channel is also governed by the terms and policies of the host platform, which AIA does not control. User-generated content (comments, replies, duets, stitches, reposts) is the sole responsibility of its authors; AIA does not endorse it by allowing it to remain visible.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service integrates and displays services and content from third parties, including data vendors, identity providers, payment processors, communications providers, and cloud-infrastructure providers. AIA is not responsible for any third-party service or content. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's terms.
13. Copyright Complaints
AIA respects intellectual-property rights. All content published on the Service is authored by AIA; the Service does not host user-generated public content, and there is no facility for users to post material publicly.
If you nevertheless believe material available on the Service infringes your copyright, email legal@financial-portfolios.ai with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the material you believe infringes it and where it appears; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner. We will investigate promptly and remove or correct material where the complaint is well founded.
If AIA later enables comments, reviews, forums, or any other facility for users to publish material, AIA will designate an agent and operate a notice-and-takedown process under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and will update this Section accordingly.
14. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from AIA electronically, including by email and through in-Service notices, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. You may withdraw this consent by closing your account; withdrawing it means AIA can no longer provide the Service. Service-critical and transactional messages are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while your account is open.
15. Modifications to the Service and These Terms
AIA may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with or without notice. AIA may modify these Terms by posting updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. If the modification is material, AIA will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or in-Service notice) at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, and, where the change materially and adversely affects you, you may cancel before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Changes to Section 22 (Binding Arbitration) do not apply retroactively to disputes of which AIA had actual notice before the change.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE, ALL CONTENT (INCLUDING MODEL PORTFOLIOS, SIGNALS, BACKTESTS, AND COMMENTARY), AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIA, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR RESULTS.
AIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, ANY PORTFOLIO, SIGNAL, OR STRATEGY WILL BE PROFITABLE, WILL OUTPERFORM ANY BENCHMARK, WILL AVOID LOSSES, OR IS SUITABLE FOR YOU.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties; the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction, and nothing in this Section affects the statutory guarantees described in Section 24.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AIA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR:
- ANY INVESTMENT, TRADING, OR PORTFOLIO LOSSES (including lost profits, lost capital, missed opportunities, margin calls, forced liquidations, or tax liabilities) sustained through any use of, or reliance on, content or output of the Service, the API, the WebSocket streams, any Calculator, or any Free Software;
- ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR COST ARISING FROM (i) DELAYED, DROPPED, DUPLICATED, RE-ORDERED, OR MISSING WEBSOCKET MESSAGES; (ii) API DOWNTIME, RATE LIMITING, OR DEPRECATION; (iii) CREDENTIAL OR PAT COMPROMISE; (iv) BUGS OR DEFECTS IN FREE SOFTWARE; OR (v) YOUR CLIENT CODE OR ANY AUTOMATED SYSTEM YOU OPERATE;
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses;
- ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM (i) DATA ERRORS, DELAYS, OR OMISSIONS; (ii) ALGORITHMIC, MODEL, OR AI-GENERATED-CONTENT ERROR; (iii) SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OUTAGES, OR DOWNTIME; (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; OR (v) ANY MATTER BEYOND AIA'S REASONABLE CONTROL,
EVEN IF AIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, statute, or otherwise).
AIA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees actually paid by you to AIA in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. Multiple claims shall not enlarge this limit.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You acknowledge that these limitations are a material basis of the bargain between you and AIA and that AIA would not provide the Service without them.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or reliance on the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms, the Legal Disclaimer, or the Privacy Policy; (c) your investment, trading, or portfolio decisions; (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; (e) any content or file you submit to the Service; or (f) your redistribution of content in breach of Section 5.1.
This Section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.
19. Suspension and Termination
AIA may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if AIA reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, presented a risk to AIA or any third party, or where required by law. Where practicable and lawful, AIA will give notice and, for consumers, an opportunity to remedy. When AIA terminates your account, every subscription is cancelled at once and any unpaid invoice is cancelled, so no further charges are made. If AIA terminates a paid subscription other than for your breach, AIA will refund the unused portion of your prepaid fees.
You may deactivate your account at any time under Settings → Your data & privacy, and you may ask us to delete it permanently from the same page (Request deletion) or by emailing dsr@financial-portfolios.ai; because deletion cannot be undone, we confirm the request with you by email before carrying it out. What we keep after deletion is described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy. Neither deactivating nor deleting your account cancels a subscription you are paying for: cancel it first (Section 4.4); your account can be deleted once the subscription has ended. Any subscription that grants no access when you delete your account — for example one whose first payment was never completed, or one cancelled for non-payment — is ended, and its unpaid invoices cancelled, when the account is deleted. Upon termination: (i) your right to use the Service and the API ceases and outstanding PATs are revoked; (ii) licences under any open-source licence for Free Software already obtained continue according to their own terms; and (iii) provisions that by their nature should survive — including Sections 5.1, 5.3, 6, 7, 10.2, 10.4, 13, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, and 26 — survive.
20. Export Controls and Sanctions
AIA does not offer the Service to persons or places subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"). You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not an individual or entity identified on, or owned or controlled by a person identified on, any U.S. restricted-party list (including OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List) or any equivalent UK or EU sanctions list. You will not export, re-export, or transfer the Service or any Free Software in violation of any export-control or sanctions law. AIA may block access from, and refuse or terminate any subscription associated with, a sanctioned country, region, or person. This Section is a legal compliance requirement, not a residency restriction.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any non-waivable provision of the law of the U.S. state in which you reside or, if you view the Service from outside the United States, of the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence (see Section 24).
Subject to Section 22, the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any Dispute not subject to arbitration, and you and AIA consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue. This does not limit your right to bring an individual claim in a small-claims court in your own locality.
22. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute") that cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days after written notice shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in the State of Texas. You will not be required to travel: any hearing will be held in the federal judicial district in which you reside (or, if you reside outside the United States, by video), or by telephone, video, or on written submissions, at your election and as the AAA rules permit. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Informal resolution first. Before commencing arbitration, you must send a notice of dispute to legal@financial-portfolios.ai describing, in reasonable detail, your specific complaint and the amount of any damages and expenses claimed, and the parties must attempt in good faith to resolve it during the sixty-day period. This mirrors the sixty-day pre-suit notice required of consumers by Section 17.505 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code; a notice that satisfies that statute satisfies this Section.
Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction instead of arbitration.
Injunctive relief carve-out. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement, breach of Section 5.1 or 5.3, or unauthorized access to the Service.
Coordinated filings. If twenty-five (25) or more demands for arbitration raising substantially similar claims are filed by or with the assistance of the same counsel or coordinated entities, the parties will cooperate with the AAA to administer them in sequential batches of no more than fifty (50), with a single arbitrator per batch, and applicable limitation periods will be tolled for demands awaiting a batch.
23. Class-Action Waiver
YOU AND AIA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of Section 22 shall be null and void. This Section does not apply where it is prohibited by applicable law.
23.1 Thirty-Day Opt-Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of Sections 22 and 23 by sending written notice to legal@financial-portfolios.ai within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, including your full name, email address, and an unambiguous statement of your intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
24. Consumer Rights
24.1 Your Non-Waivable Rights
If you are a consumer — an individual acting outside your trade, business, or profession — nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or disclaims any right you have under U.S. federal law or under the law of the U.S. state in which you reside that cannot lawfully be waived. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such a right, that right prevails and the conflicting provision applies only to the extent permitted.
Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. These Terms are governed by Texas law (Section 21). Under Section 17.42 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, a consumer's waiver of the protections of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act is contrary to public policy and void, save in narrow circumstances that do not apply to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms — including Sections 16, 17, 18, 22, and 23 — is intended to waive, and none shall be read as waiving, any right you have under the DTPA.
Without limiting the above, residents of U.S. states with automatic-renewal or subscription-cancellation statutes — for example California's Automatic Renewal Law, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq. — retain every right those statutes confer, including any right to clear and conspicuous pre-purchase disclosure, to affirmative consent to renewal terms, to advance renewal or price-change notice, and to cancel through the same medium used to subscribe. Section 4 is intended to meet those requirements; if it falls short in your state, the statute governs.
You also retain any statutory right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank, notwithstanding Section 4.8.
24.2 Visitors Outside the United States
Subscriptions are not offered outside the United States (Section 1). AIA makes no representation that the Service, or any content on it, is appropriate, available, or lawful to access in any other country. A person outside the United States who views the public parts of the Service does so on their own initiative and is responsible for complying with local law. AIA prices in U.S. dollars and publishes in English.
If you view the Service from outside the United States, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any right under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract; where such a right applies, it prevails to that extent.
25. Force Majeure
AIA is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labour disputes, pandemics, governmental action, internet or power failures, data-provider outages, or exchange halts. This Section does not excuse AIA from refunding fees for a Service it does not supply.
26. Assignment; Severability; Waiver; Notices; Entire Agreement
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without AIA's prior written consent. AIA may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full effect. No waiver by AIA of any breach is a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Notices to AIA must be sent to legal@financial-portfolios.ai; email is sufficient for any notice these Terms require to be in writing. Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account or posted in the Service.
Language. These Terms, the Legal Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy are written in English. Where the Service shows a translation of any of them, or a translated summary of any of their terms (for example in Simplified Chinese), the translation is provided for convenience only and the English version controls in the event of any inconsistency, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise.
These Terms, together with the Legal Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIA regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. In the event of a conflict, the Legal Disclaimer controls on matters of investment-related disclosure, the Privacy Policy controls on matters of personal information, and these Terms control on all other matters.
